I would say just be yourself and if they don’t like it then, that’s on them! You should never have to change because someone is acting fake. And maybe just act fake to those are acting fake lol 😂 give them a taste of their own medicine. Also I might be a bad influence lol 😂

Crazy how we are supposed to be our authentic selves yet are constantly told how to walk or talk in most business settings, stuck on repeat like a robot 😂
